Carry out duties by leadership of deputy
chief.
1、Be responsible for annual plan and work empasis, for distribution
of those plans, for regular checking and summing-up. Look through
documents and filed materials of our department. Coordinate
relationships between departments home and abroad and carry
out theory study and skill training.
2、Be responsible for extensive sport development plans and annual
plans, auditing anual target and emphasis as well as all working
plans which should be distributed with certain timetable, finally
summing-up by related regulations.
3、Constitute related regulations, policies and solutions, organize
implementation and go through regular checking.
4、 Be responsible forextensive mass fitness exercise of staff,
farmers, residence of the district and county, go through comprehensive
analysis of the above activities and choose the best physical
dictrict and countes.
5、Constitute annual expense budget,go through expense that below
10000RMB of the year, expense above this amount will be reported
to higher leaders for approval and put forward questions to
deputy director general on time.
6、Keep in touch with physical department general and municipal
physical department for support and guidance of upper leaders.
7、Collect suggestions and proposals from NPC and CPPCC delegates,
political negociation committee delegates as well as the corespondance
from the mass. |

Carry out duties by leadership of section

1、 Be responsible for learning about basic working situations
of institutions and schools in all levels, for drafting of related
regulations, policies, analysis standars, layout, program plannings
and put into effect after approval of superior leaders.
2、Be responsible for conducting of the physical works in institutions
and schools in all levels, for implementation of <law of
education>, <law of physical>, <physical sanitation
standardsog schools>and all kinds of school physical regulations
and systems, and for the evaluation and praise works.
3、Be responsible for students¨ physical checking-up to learn
rough status of their health and for immediate feedbacks and
proving of detail suggestions.
4、Organize national students¨ competitive sport co-working with
education committee.
5、Be responsible for processing of certificates of physical
talents chosed from competitions and recomentation to colleages.
6、Be responsible for layout of traditional physical items, evaluations
and praise works.
7、Be responsible for training systems layout of teachers of
traditional items, and for putting into effect after approval
of supervior leaders.
8、Participate and organize examing and approving, checking and
evaluation, nominating, appraising to the traditional schools
and physical kindergardens.
9、Be responsible for making of <physical kindergarden management
regulation of Beijing> and for the later supervising and
checking. |

regulations and systems of mass physical works and national
health care program.

standerds and manners of physical works in district and county
of Beijing city>, supervise the implementation of <regulations
of physical works of institutations>. |

Carry outduties by the leadership of
section chief
1、 Be responsible for long-term plan, annual plan, implementation
scheme and practice details of the institution and management
of national health care engineering, for drafting and accomplishing
targets, for target management achievement and all kinds of
routine administration regulations and policies.
2、Constitute related regulations and systems of extensive mass
fitness program as well as the implementation, supervising and
checking works of drowning reduceing.
3、Strictly carry out requirements for national health care subjected
by national physical department general, and <management
manners of extensive mass fitness program of Beijing municipality>.
Be responsible for the management of municipal health care construction,
for executive checking according to the law. By coordinating
with relative circles, accomplish trainings and result checkings
of working target in anti-drowning. |

Carry out duties by leadership of section
chief
1、Be responsible for overall working plan for whole municipal,
and ＾two systems￣ long-term planning, annual target, implement
blue print, practice details and for the accomplishment of them.
2、Be responsible for timetable, working massures, working targets
and assignments of conducting, checking, and realizing of the
social physical works.
3、Be responsible for setting of training targets of social physical
conductors and checking-up personnel; for auditing working plan
of the training organs;for constitution of examining and evaluating
standards of above mentioned staffs; for management supervising
of physical conductors and checking-up personnels in districts
and counties; for examining and approving top conductors and
checking-up personnels to evaluate the educational conditions,
teachers qualifications, also for conducting and filing of working
results of training organs.
4、Carry out research and investigation to learn about the basic
situation of the responsible project, supervise, conduct and
check up the implementation of responsible works. |
