Carries out duties under leadership of directors and leaders
to Sport Administration
1、Be responsible for planning and drafting target management,
target allocation, checking and analysis of summing-up, for
daily administrative works, for organizing theory study and
skills training and for coordination of relationships and accomplishment
of tasks.
2、Be responsible for organizing publication of physical policies
and schedules and for popularization of law education works
for cadres and staffs as well as for implementation works.
3、Be responsible for publication works¨ conduct and coordinating;
for releasing physical news, contacting media to report the
important physical event; for supervising pubilication and cadres
training works of the municipal physical department; for publication
to foreign countries and to Taiwan pronvince

1、Assist division chief in daily works and ideological and business

physical law, regulations and checking rules and regulations
made by NPC and municipal department.
4、Be responsible for making of administration law executation,
auditing and comprehend planning. Organize, coordinate, conduct
and manage legislation drafting and implementation in Sport
Administration of district and county.
5、Be responsible for daily communications with State Sport General
Administration Judicial and political Bereau , municipal NPC,
municipal lawmaking department.
6、 Be responsible for legislation popularization of department
cadres and staffs. |

publications, raise suggestions, and put into affect after leader¨s
approvement.
2、Be responsible for median releasing of important spots events,
proving of related informations, coordinating publications of
Beijing municipal physical careers according to plans and schedule
of our municipal according to municipal competitive sport schedule.
3、Be responsible for organizing of news conference, compiling
of materials and reports and press release collection of big
event of our municipal.
4、Participate in propaganda of foreign affairs and those in
Taiwan province according to related regulations. Be responsible
for the report of the event and reception of the reporters of
foreign median and Beijing embassy of medians. |

Carry out duties by leadership of section

1、Grasp the basic situation of the implementation of <physical
law> of our city, and provide informations and suggestion
immediantly.
2、Be responsible for the setting of instruction plan and annul
project, for communications with municipal NPC and legislation
department during the law instruction process.
3、Be responsible for the supervising of implementation of regulations
and drafting works that should be finished on time and the amendment
of those regulations.
4、Participate in drafting of all kinds of documents and materials
requested by State Sport General Administration and other function
departments.
5、Carry out legislation education and training of cadres, staffs
and sport administration staffs. |
